September 20, 2001 I want to thank you for creating such a great fuel cell teaching tool! The Eco Soul fuel cell demonstration kit is the most hands-on, visual, durable, easy-to-comprehend device out there. I originally purchased it two years ago to be part of the "Pollution Solutions Tour," a nation-wide media tour focused on educating policymakers, the media and the general public about energy efficiency and renewable energy technologies. Since then, the kit has been through two more tours and thousands of hands, never failing to demonstrate fuel cell basics. For two years I have combed the US for a better teaching tool but have come up empty-handed. Yours is the best. I can remember one time when there was a problem, though. On the third tour, a visitor at one of our press conferences accidentally dropped the fan motor, breaking the blade. But, after phoning your office that day, a new one was sent immediately to us on the road; it arrived in two days. This is an example of the customer service I enjoy every time I phone your organization. The intrinsic motivation of you and your staff to promote fuel cell technology is evident in the customer service the nonprofit exudes. In a time when energy policy is really affecting our pocketbook, environment, and public health, it is essential that more people understand better ways of making electricity: by using fuel cells.
